1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, visitors, and customers.
By using this website, you agree to all policies, guidelines, and notices posted here.

2. Products & Services

All carpets, rugs, and custom-made flooring solutions displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Colors, textures, and patterns may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or material batches.
Custom-made or tailored carpets cannot be canceled once production has started.
Carpet sizes and designs should be measured accurately by the customer; the company is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made using the approved payment methods listed on the website.
For custom orders, a minimum 50% advance payment is required to start production.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
CustomCarpet.ae reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines vary depending on stock availability and customization.
Standard delivery for ready-made carpets usually takes 3–7 working days.
Custom carpets may take longer depending on design and production schedules.
Delays caused by suppliers, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation.

6. Installation

Installation services are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Customers must ensure the installation area is clean, accessible, and ready for the team.
Any additional work (floor preparation, moving furniture) may be charged separately.

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made carpets are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Ready-made carpets may be returned within 3 days only if unused and found to have a manufacturing defect.
Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Collection or delivery charges for returns may apply.

8. Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper handling or installation
- Fading or damage due to sunlight, moisture, or other environmental factors

9. Intellectual Property

All content on CustomCarpet.ae (images, designs, logos, and text) is the property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

CustomCarpet.ae is not responsible for:

Delays in delivery or installation
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling
Variation in color, texture, or design due to display settings
Third-party installation errors

By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, usage, and protection.
